Hello everyone hope all is well. Before I get into my new toy I would like to say, Happy Cinco De Mayo!!  My husband  got my a new knife to add to my collection, it's a 8" Farberware chef knife .

I have to say at first i did not think it would cut like my other chef knife but, it cuts, chops, and dices better than my 60 dollar one,  now I'm in love with it.
